i had a lovely lady called Hannah helping me( twice in one day)she was smily and joked with me,had fantastic knowledge of what i wanted(that was the first pop in of the day) the second time i popped in again happy smiling and jokey,took the time to put up with me testing the seem two mattresses,let me put my own pillow case on the shop pillows,let me waffle on without feeling pressured with a hard sell,offered me beverages& just generally helpful,even though i spent a lot of money on that visit upon leaving i didn’t feel ripped off
