Dreams - Havant

Having never been shopping to purchase a bed in store as only ever done this online, we were very pleased that we chose Dreams. We didnt know what style of mattress we were looking for so was very surprised by the number of different mattresses we could choose from. As soon as we entered we were greated by Richard who was very pleasant and very knowledgeable who was then able to help us find the perfect mattress. We were guided through the different brands and styles that showed up from doing the mattress test. From being offered refreshments to the very friendly environment, we were very pleased with our visit to Dreams! Thank you Richard :)

We knew what we wanted, but Julie still explained things that we asked about. Julie was also very friendly and went through the order thoroughly with us and explained all about the finance in an easy to understand way. Very good at her job. We came out of the store very happy, whereas sometimes in similar situations and other stores, you come out feeling worn out or confused.

We were acknowledged straight away even though Julie was busy with another customer. Recognized I was disabled and was eager to help. The actual transaction was dealt with quickly.

The store assistant Julie was very knowledgeable very friendly and made us feel at home, and her knowledge was second to none and also Richard made us a very acceptable cup of coffee which made us feel comfortable.

Everything went smoothly from choosing to ordering, with some help from the Assistant.

The assistant, Gemma, was very helpful, giving us all the information we needed for the beds we were interested in. She used the in store machine to suggest which mattress would suit us both. It was very nice to lay back whilst she made us a drink! After this she left us for a time to make our final decision. We did not feel pressured in any way.

We desperately needed a new mattress as our existing mattress had become very uncomfortable making sleeping through the night impossible. On our visit to your store we found a large selection of mattresses and, overwhelmed by the choice, we needed guidance on what type of mattress would assist in my husband’s very specific back and neck problem. Richard asked relevant questions and narrowed our search down. He helped us make an informed choice in a friendly but very knowledgable way.

The assistant gave plenty of information.he took his time and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want.he was extremely helpful.he explained the test bed and printed a list of suitable beds.he explained why the delivery time was a bit longer for the type of bed we required.all in all he was very polite and efficient
