The member of staff who approached us and offered to help was exceptional. His calm, polite and professional demeanour was refreshing, with no hard selling. He listened to our requirements and only showed us products with the features and benefits we needed. We weren’t bombarded with too many options and he made the whole buying process pleasurable. We therefore took the damage cover as well as we had the time and headspace to consider this option.

I was a bit apprehensive as I have never purchased a mattress alone before. I always had my husband with me but we split up so I had to do it alone. Julie the shop assistant put me at ease straight away, she was warm and friendly. She made me a coffee and we discussed what I was looking for. She even gave me a pillow to use like the one I have at home. I couldn't fault any of the service from start to finish - thank you

Hannah was so knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with the friendly service we received and nothing was too much trouble, she went over and beyond to help us. Would highly recommend.

Easy process with helpful staff

Emma was highly attentive and took time to understand our needs as well has have a giggle with us and made the process fun.

I was greeting on arriving at the store and explained exactly what I wanted. Hannah looked online to see what was available and showed me the options and then took me to the beds. She explained the different options and was very helpful. Placing the order was very easy and delivery quickly confirmed.

Gemma at the store was really helpful, gave us loads of advice and lots of time to try out loads of mattresses for ourselves. She really listened to our needs and helped us to narrow down our search to be able to choose a mattress that was best for us. She was super friendly and even made us a cup of coffee - fabulous!

Richard was very helpful and not pushy

Richard showed us how the bed base opened and offered us a whole range of colours. He spoke to us about head boards and whether we would need help putting it together,and disposal of our current one.
