Dreams - Havant

We were greeted by Richard who works in store and he helped us the whole time we were there. He made sure we were comfortable and gave us any information we needed. He was lovely.

After going to 4 other bed shops Dreams had the best display and range. Julie the sales lady was also the best sales person we spoke to.

Staff were knowledgeable & guided us to an appropriate mattress. Purchase was speedy & booking delivery was done efficiently

Gemma was very helpful and informative.

The experienced staff member explained various qualities of mattresses. I then lay under a machine which told me what type of mattress was best for me. I found this very helpful as there were so many choices available.

Ws arrived at Portsmouth branch. Assistant was busy packing something. My partner asked a question & assistant said that Havant branch was bigger with more selection. Not very helpful at all. We went to Havant & the assistant Richard couldn't be more different. He approached us. Asked questions, talked through & completed bed configurations giving us a list of suitable beds. His knowledge of each make of bed was fantastic. He even told us that he'd recently been away to one of your manufacturers which was really interesting & great to know you source resources from the UK. His pride & professionalism was a deciding factor in purchasing our bed. We were going to look at another independent bed company however Richard filled us with the confidence on our choices within your store

We were welcomed to the store by an assistant and given time to browse before we asked for assistance when we had decided on the product that we wanted to order. Julie was very helpful and made me a cup of tea whilst we were finalising details and placing the order
