I specifically chose to come to Dreams for the advice on the type of mattress I needed. I asked for assistance and immediately was shown the types of mattresses, was offered the assessment (which I did) and was given plenty of time and help to try out different mattresses to make the right choice for me. At no point was I pressured into making a specific choice, which I really appreciated.

Friendly staff, good choice and the use of the sleep machine to understand our requirements.

We were well pleased with the level of customer service that was shown by Gemma. There was also a good selection of items to choose from.

Julie is a credit to your company Really informative, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Hannah was also very nice and interested in our needs. Far far far nicer than the team you have working at your Fareham branch. We will always return to Havant branch even though Fareham is our local dreams store.

Walked in the door, greeted by Gemma, asked if I needed assistance,I said yes and continued from there Tried the bed machine to review sleep position (forgot the name) Received cup of coffee ,discussed options and made my purchase Simple as that

Richard was very open and friendly but not pushy. He greeted with a smile and gave us space to look for a while and then asked if we needed help .He was quite knowledgeable and gave us advice when asked. He even got us a cup of coffee which was a nice touch .Would recommend him !
