Excellent service, very impressed with the sleep match machine taking the guesswork out of finding the perfect mattress. Excellent customer service from Niamh; very knowledgeable and took the time to show us our options.

The Dreams staff at the Havant branch were very welcoming and completely understood our requirements. We tried the in store sleepmatch machine which quickly identified our perfect match. As we spend a third of our lives in our beds never compromise on your mattress, its a false economy, trust me. My wife and I were very impressed with the level of service so we know where to come back too in 8 years time. Thank you for helping us choose the right one.

The sales assistant,Keaton, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products we asked about. The selection of beds was very good, being able to test them out for comfort was essential and again Keaton was very helpful. I was impressed by the technology of the special testing bed which helped determine the type of bed to suit both myself and my husband, brilliant piece of kit.
