HELPFULL STAFF AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH

There were a lot of beds to choose from , once we had decided what sort of bed we were looking for , The staff let us wander around trying the beds ,We tried the Match bed and Julie was very efficient and knew a lot about the beds , she offered us a drink too, we spent a couple of hours in the shop which wasn't a problem

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They saw to all our needs. Thank you

Richard, who assisted me, was well versed with the product ( sofa bed) and demonstrated it well. He was not 'pushy' and gave me time to consider the purchase and offered the extra cover available for damage. A mattress test was not applicable for the item I was buying. I would certainly recommend this store to friends.

First time we have been into Dreams,lots of choice,member of staff to advise and help with our order. We were offered pillows to carry and offer the choice of trying any beds,our overall experience of Dreams is very satisfied indeed.

Richard at Havant was knowledgable, patient and let us actually try the beds for more than a second We’d previously had a pushy bad experience in Dreams last time we bought a bed. This was a refreshing change
