Julie or Jane was friendly and really helped our shopping experience when she gave my daughter things to do in store like looking for beds on a list made picking our mattress so much easier

I was grateful I wasn't made to feel under any pressure to make a purchase and that the assistant understood immediately that I had a price limit that I wasn't going to exceed. I enjoyed the experience of the bed that tells you the type of mattress you need, and I was very pleased I was able to benefit from discounts amounting to nearly £100 on my purchase of a lovely double bed frame and mattress.

After deciding our bed had seen better days we approached Dreams with a quote from a competitor to explore other options and products. We initially spoke to Gemma at the Havant store and she was fantastic. She understood exactly what we were looking for and demonstrated several comparable products. Not only was the product what we were looking for, it cost much less. We couldn't have asked for more.

There was no pressure from the salesperson Richard at Havant and he was very knowledgable

We purchased our bed from dreams in havant a year ago which was a smooth & comfortable process from start to finish So we decided as decorating the kids bedrooms to upgrade the beds , again we went into the store to look at a bed we see on line in the sale to try out and look at quality as far much better in person . Straight away we were asked if we needed help and would like a cup of tea 😁, strangely enough I declined the tea 😂 , we knew the bed frame was perfect but needed guidance on the mattress, so we were shown a few different options and picked one , the lady dealing with us which I think is the manager was amazing start to finish 10/10 , we will be going back soon for bed number 3 for my other son thanks dreams 😁👌🏻

I felt we received very balanced information from the sales team, we where guided through our purchase at a speed we were comfortable with, they listened to our needs and pointed us in the right direction as we chopped and changed our minds as we discovered more comfortable mattresses. At each stage of our purchase we the sales team gave us space to think and discuss our thoughts as a couple without constant interpuption, this made our whole visit and final purchase very easy and relaxed.

Julie was extremely helpful and helped us to find the right product for the right price. She was very knowledgeable and didn't mind spending time assisting us.

The assistant was very helpful and understood our product requirements. The store had a good selection of bedsw etc. and was on a site with free customer parking.
