Dreams - Havant

Store was clean, bright and well laid out. Staff were immediately available. Our Dreams Colleague, Richard, was smart in appearance, knowledgeable, friendly and did not present, in any way, as ‘pushy’. Great selection of products. I would happily recommend the Havant Dreams store to anyone.

Richard was very knowledgeable about the products and function. The purchase and arrangements for delivery were great for me as I work full-time. I was even offered tea or coffee. Couldn't have done anymore other than offer breakfast in bed!!

Our sales assistant Julie is the reason why we will be back at this store. Her friendliness and professionalism was second to none. She made my husband and I feel very welcome, offered coffee immediately and showed genuine interest in my new born twin babies. She answered all our needs and alleviated all our concerns with regards to the purchase of our new mattress. She used the machine in the store to assess our needs for a mattress and then spent time with us showing us the different range of products. Other products were shown too but nothing was ever forced upon us and she gave us ample time to try all the mattresses we had narrowed down. Thank you so much to Julie, it’s very rare to get customer service like this and we will always come back to this store because of her.

The staff were very attentive and looked after us very well. they were very professional and friendly.

Richard was very helpful indeed. He took a lot of time understanding our daughter’s needs. He didn’t ‘up sell’ at all. He explained clearly our order and the time line.

We went in to buy a bed. We were given the advice we needed to help us decide. The time it took was very good as it was focused on getting it done quickly, knowledgeably and effectively, without the usual sales talk which I often consider time wasting for both the customer and staff. Our sales assistant was both knowledgeable, kind and very professional.

Julie and her colleague were very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Best of all they looked after our dog Darcy which meant we could spend the time making sure we had the right products.
