Even though the bed I wanted wasn’t in the store at the time, and couldn’t tell when one would be as the computer said it should be available, he said he’d call me and let me know when I can arrange the delivery date

From the moment my family and i, Staff were extremely accommodating. Huge effort towards my wife and i to find the mattress we need. Even keeping my daughter entertained with balloons and colouring pages was extremely helpful. Highly satisfied with my time in store

The staff were very welcoming and eager to understand our needs and requirements. After explaining where to locate the different designs of bed frames we were asked to use (i've forgotten the name of it) "special bed" to work out the best sort of mattress for us. It worked perfectly as ever mattress we then tried in the store would have been suitable. Once we'd worked out exactly what we wanted, Ian explained in a very easy to understand manor the different finance options and damage cover.

The lady who help us purchase our new bed was extremely helpful and noligable of the product she was selling... Very friendly and made us a nice cuppa whilst we decided what mattress to chose. She offered many choices and not just the 'most expensive ones ' but also good quality on a budget. Myself and my partner left very happy with a new bed...a new mattress and a smile on our face after weeks of searching. Thankyou dreams.
