Completely efficient process from start to finish

We were meet not long after entering the store & asked if we needed any help, we asked about double bed with ottoman as need to replace our slated bed & also needed to be higher due to having arthritis.

Wide and spacious store, suitable for the so called new norm in terms of social distancing. Helpful staff, offerd us drinks, all other offers were explained to us for our benefit in terms of savings. Payment plan is helpful which other companies does not offer.

An assistant was there to help and used the machine to check what type of mattress would be best. They offered a drink and were friendly. They assisted with the choice and were very efficient. The whole experience was down to the young chap at the Havant branch and his helpfulness. He was brilliant.

I have purchased from Dreams many times in the past and is the only place I would shop for a New Bed or Mattress. Excellent Friendly Staff and Attention to detail of Products available.

Team in the Havant store went above and beyond to help us select the right combination of bed frame and mattress. They were attentive without being pushy and even swapped a mattress from one frame to another for us to try which really helped us to make a decision between two mattresses.
