Store was very quiet (so not in your control). We were given bottles of water, pillow and mattress protectors. We used the sleep machine. Sales assistant Richard was very helpful but didn't seem to pressure us at all. He showed us different mattresses based on our results and then suggestions based on what we then liked. He gave us time to look around, come back and ask questions and to think before purchasing.

Brilliant customer service. Nice to see switched on/assertive staff who clearly know what they are talking about. Very impressive product knowledge.
