Gemma was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She was able to answer any queries I had whilst giving me space to look around. Although the style of bed I had in mind was out of stock, she helped me to find an alternative which I was very happy with. I also got a free water bottle!

Levi the assistant was so helpful, went in to just have a look and came out with my Dream bed, can't wait for delivery. Staff were very helpful and friendly was offered a coffee, which I thought was lovely. Thank you Dreams xx💕

We were met upon arrival at the Havant score by Levi who was very helpful & enthusiastic. He asked us lots of questions regarding the product we were looking to buy & was very accommodating with his time & knowledge of the best mattress to suit our needs . We were given plenty of time to explore the store & never felt pressured to hurry in our choices.
