Julia was the lady who felt with my order she was friendly offered drinks and had a good product knowledge she is a good ambassador for your store

I used the sleep machine thing to find a bed that would work for me, and combined that with the my preferences and ended up with a bed that will keep me cool and supported. Paired that mattress with an ottoman opening bed frame, and I’m having it all delivered on a Saturday that suits me. Keep up the good work!!

friendly service ,polite, made sure the bed i chose was right for me , no pressure on time to choose and certainly no pressure on the price of bed , offered refreshments and made sure i was comfortable, my only regret is i turned down pillow when offered but i can return to buy them later ,

Walked in - told them what I wanted - they found me a bed exactly the same as what I wanted but for half the price!

The staff were very helpful when we spoke to them about what we wanted, and pointed us in the right direction. Quick and easy to order.

We were in the store for a while considering the different mattress options, we didn’t feel rushed or badgered by any of the staff in the showroom. One staff member offered us tea or coffee which was much appreciated. We felt comfortable taking our time which is crucial when deciding on a bed and mattress purchase. I also experienced the wizardry of Sleep Match! It was a really relaxing experience and I completely did a 180 on the mattress I thought I was going to buy as a result. After finalising the purchase and leaving the shop, I actually reflected and decided to upgrade my purchase to King Size. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was really helpful and the process was quick and easy to upgrade. I even received a call today to bring forward the delivery date. The whole experience has been positive and we’re really looking forward to receiving our new bed.

I first went to visit Dreams as I was looking for a mattress. I was given some information about two/three mattresses and was offered to use the test machine to get the correct type of mattress that suited my body. I then went to other stores to compare etc. The service I received from Dreams and also the service was far better so I decided to return to Dreams. I must compliment Niamh who served me. She was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful when I explained to her the type of mattress I was looking to buy. She showed me several types and then left me to make a decision. I was looking for bedroom furniture and she told me about offers on furniture. I also bought these and she was able to take off the cost of taking my old mattress away. She and her colleague were very helpful and offered me a cup of coffee. The whole experience in visiting Dreams was a 'Dream' and I will certainly recommend Dreams to family and friends and also go back there when I am ready to buy a bed.

Great customer service from Julie who took the time to listen to what I wanted and show me different beds and mattresses. Julie did not put me under any pressure to buy and printed off the information so I could go away and think about it. I later returned to purchase and once again Julie was very helpful. I would definitely return to your Havant branch. Great choice and great customer service. Thank you
