We had a lovely woman called Niamh who helped us. She had brilliant knowledge of the beds she was showing us, and advised me on which bed was the right firmness and showed me a range of different mattresses. Wonderful service.

We were greeted as soon as we arrived and pointed in the right direction, we were asked regularly if we were ok (but wasn’t annoying as sometimes you want the space). The sales person wasn’t too salesy but was a nice guy and was efficient whilst looking after other customers. If he didn’t know the answer he found out the answer immediately.

Gemma was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She was able to answer any queries I had whilst giving me space to look around. Although the style of bed I had in mind was out of stock, she helped me to find an alternative which I was very happy with. I also got a free water bottle!
