Member of staff took time to make me welcome. Offered lots of information and help during my visit.

I was greeted by Gemma who I found extremely knowledgeable and polite. I explained that I had recently lost my husband and was very reluctant to rid of our old mattress. Gemma showed great empathy. Additionally being on a small budget she guided me to the best option for by budget. Please ensure she is praised as so often this is overlooked. 10 out of 10 x

The service that we received was excellent. Julie was very knowledgeable and patient given that we were looking for a divan bed plus mattress with headboard for my son. Appreciated the coffee! Thanks.

I thought the store manager was very attentive, courteous and professional yet not at all pushy. She gave us plenty of time to consider our best option whilst checking we were ok and offering advice when required or she felt necessary.

The assistant was completely on her own in the store and was very attentive and helpful for what I was looking for

From first entering the store we were acknowledged. Service was excellent right down to being offered coffee ‘in bed’ ☺️
