We came in looking to pay £500 for a sofa bed for my autistic sons 10th birthday the lady mentioned that she understamds our child needs and why we would pay that much but did offer us to have a look around the store for prices and we was so shocked there was a stunning sofa bed reduced to £ 204 it was the one we looked at just in a different colour if it wasn’t for her kindness and offering us to have a good look we wouldn’t of come across this bargain and even tho I’m worried the colour won’t stay nice and cream for long jue to his autism needs I’m so happy we didn’t have to go so skint right on top of Christmas she really did make our day not only with the service but her understanding and help she has made this family very happy I don’t no her name but it was the Havant store she didn’t take her face mask of once stayed about a 1.5 meters away at all times the store was very very clean she sat behind a safety screen made eye contact and spoke very politely she made our experience one that will make us very keen customers from now on thank you so much from us all

Really excellent service. The shop staff could not do do enough to help with my order. The quality of the packaging and the way the bed was packaged was faultless.
