Julie helped us during our visit and we couldn't fault a single part of her customer service. Due to babysitting being harder in the current circumstances, we had our 10 month old baby with us but Julie who assisted us from entry all the way to purchase, was great. She was completely attentive to our needs and also made us feel at ease with our little boy there (as we know this wasn't ideal for the situation, i.e. testing out beds). She was knowledgeable but also very friendly which makes all the difference.

The member of staff was efficient and knowledgeable of the products. A kind manner and not over powering. Answered all our questions. We had our 5 year old son with us and she interacted with him well.

It is relay nice to go into a store like yours and be dealt with courtesy and knowledge by the staff member. I felt really like a customer from start to finish. I would have no problem in recommending your Store to anyone who asked me

Greeted by a staff member who listened to what I had to say and guided me towards the products that might meet my needs. Staff member, Julie, gave me plenty of time to view and test products on my own but was also available for assistance when I needed it.
