We have never bought a bed before she was very knowledge about products and very easy to talk to.

The assistant Niamh who dealt with me was knowledgeable on products and gave good advice Had a good choice of pillows to buy and a range that suits all price wise

Julie was fantastic- super knowledgeable and very friendly. Took the time to make sure each of my daughters tested beds and helped them make their bed frame decisions. An asset to Dreams

Sales person was helpful without being intrusive. Took the time to explain things to mum and was helpful with suggestions to ensure mum made the right choice for her.

The member of staff was extremely pleasant, no pressure selling and made my wife and I at ease. Really good knowledge and was in no rush whilst talking us through the various beds and mattresses whilst we described what we thought we wanted ! Insurances and collection of the old mattress were discussed, but again no heavy pressure which was excellent. Response to Covid and the layout of the store was spot on and in line with the guidelines. First time in my life purchasing from Dreams and thus far extremely impressed with service, and cost.

Staff were very helpful, new a lot about the beds we were interested in. The store was busy and they apologised for the time we had to wait to be helped. Once they were free they were very professional and answered all our questions.

We were at the door upon opening time and had the pleasure of being the only customer at the time, staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Smooth transaction only had to wait a week for delivery.

No pressure when selecting mattress but was shown all possible choices. Before trying mattress a pillow was placed, with a cover, for me to try for comfort. Nice young man.
