I already knew which items I intended purchasing before entering the store, as I wished to add to a range I'd purchased several years ago. The sole purpose of my visit had been to check the quality/size etc, but I was disappointed not to not find the desired items on display.

The store was displaying an option on a bed that was no longer available which happened to be the option we were specifically looking for. This was annoying both for us and the staff, and meant I had to spend a lot more than I ideally was looking to spend.

I have extremely high standards and was completely satisfied my my experience in store , the only glitch was a computer fault during the order process which delayed matters but this was beyond the control of the staff

1st visit also looked at internet prices, cheaper than in store so we spent more than we expected. However got the bed we wanted again at a higher price than we expected

I was highly satisfied with the overall experience. The lady that served us was attentive but not all over us like a bad rash, it was all fine.

The person going through my order asked for my card which I then expected to put into the reader. To my surprise he took it from me, walked over to where the card reader was located and started pressing buttons before I was even out of my seat. This I find totally unacceptable. You do NOT touch a customers card let alone SWIPE it through the machine for them. I have never swiped my card. I expected to have to put my pin in and the person serving said its 'how different companies work' as an explanation. I'm highly unsatisfied with that answer. The person going through my order with my was quite friendly but couldn't notice my discomfort with the small chit-chat (I'm a shy person, I just wanted to give my details, buy my bed and disappear out of the store just as quick as I came in). If there is a next time I will be viewing the bed in store but buying the bed online.

The guy who served us was extremely helpful, although when it came down to negotiating the price his hands were semi tied. Additionally I was shocked to hear that when you spend nearly £2,000 on a mattress are then charged £39 for delivery and £39 for collection of old mattress. Perhaps you should include this in your price.

Maybe the 'Colleague' was a little too friendly! The choice of bed covering material colours was limited.
