Ash the sales assistant was very helpful and explained every stage carefully.

Was disappointed at the price of delivery which was nearly half the price of the mattress I ordered. I am going to drive to the depot to collect myself .

The service was great, the assistant was friendly and not too pushy

Everything was satisfactory , but on line you say free delivery, in store we have to pay £39.00 surely that's not fair.

shop is a large store, difficult to see immediately the beds that would suit me, saying that it wasn't long before I was joined by an assistant.

Because i wasn't offered free delivery until mentioned that if I ordered the same bed online it came as standard. Also did not think it was appropriate that when calculating the deposit amount, I was still asked to for delivery and assembly in full on top of the 20% required for the value of the bed.

Was asked by three different members of staff if we needed assistance which we replied that we would ask if we had any questions. Would be nice to be left to browse and have a look at the different products. The lay out of the store is not clear and there were reductions on the prices and the percentage discount was given but not the price that it costs.

On my first visit to look at the product, I found the person I spoke to was very abrupt and rude. However, my Daughter wanted the product so we returned a couple of days later to place our order. The person dealing with our order did not give the presence of being appreciated for our custom. He did not fully understand the length of time our order would take before delivery. Whilst dealing with our order, there was another member of staff, who was over weight just slouched in a chair on his mobile dressed in just a t-shirt, this did not give a professional appearance. Overall, I would not recommend this Dreams Store to any of my friends, I would recommend that should they wish to shop at Dreams, that they find another store close by.

I would have preferred not to have to ask for a discount on delivery -- the colleague wasn't able to give me free delivery. For items like mattresses which are not practical to collect, I think delivery should be included

Julie gave us all the help we needed. She left us to get on with trying mattresses for as long as we wanted but we knew she would be available as soon as we needed more help.
