Slightly unclear what discounted and what not, products not available

Wanted the medium mattress rather than the "soft" mattress as we have back problems in the family but didn't realise the medium mattress was more money, and being pensioners could not afford the medium mattress! So had to settle for a "soft mattress" Regards Christine heel

Please do not ask Armed forces for their ID to be photocopied as we are not allowed to let people photocopy it because of forgeries, security etc. But we do appreciate the 10%discount thank you! The staff at Havant were very helpful and I would recommend to my friends and colleagues.

The service in store was great but can't say I would ever be highly satisfied when buying a headboard !

Not a problem with the store .The bed was supposed to arrive 1030 07/10 /16 after getting my old bed ready for you to take away (72 in Jan widowed ) I get a phone call 0930 saying my bed will not becoming today its now coming Tuesday. A friend recommended you to me and thus far I am not a happy person someone has not done their job , I have had to put my old bed back together which was quite an effort and hope that the bed I have paid for will turn up this Tuesday ,fingers crossed.

Prices too much on the high side to attract fully a 'Highly Satisfied' rating.

Very poor indeed that there was just one man there to serve and two other couples waiting. Chhosing a mattress or bed is not something that should be rushed and you could sense the other customers frustrations at there being just one person to serve at that time. I expressed concern for him that he was on his own in the shop and the guy serving said that the store manager had gone out to do the banking but had been gone half an hour already! I didn't have to wait myself very long but the two customers waiting must have been fuming! Awaiting my delivery next Wednesday so can't yet comment on the mattress.

The lady in store was really helpful and even price matched
