The Dreams representative Gemma was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable about the products I was viewing. She made the ordering process simple, easy to understand and took the time to answer my many questions in full. Gemma even offered me a cup of tea/coffee while I was browsing. Overall I am very happy with the customer service I received at Dreams. I chose to support Dreams in view of their reputation for good quality products. However, I was deeply disappointed to find that Dreams does not publically support the incredible, lifesaving staff of the NHS through a product discount - a 10% discount is only extended to members of the Armed Forces. In view of this, I would carefully consider whether or not I would recommend Dreams to my NHS colleagues before they considered competitors such as Furniture Village, CFS and Debenhams who already offer an NHS staff discount through the Health Service Discounts website. I sincerely hope this situation changes in future.

We mentioned the heat in the store to the staff and they agreed but through no fault of their own, were not able to do anything about the problem. They had a small fan but this didn't alleviate the problem. My husband couldn't wait to leave the store because of the heat.

'Highly Satisfied' is a subjective comment where 'satisfied' would overall, suffice. The service was pitched courteously and as 'just right' for us. We have not as yet experienced the product, however there is a 40 day 'change' guarantee with which we are satisfied. We are looking forward to receiving and using the product, therefore , thank you for your service so far.

The staff were fine. We have no issue concerning their service. However the prices quoted for recycling the existing bed at home seemed excessive. Further we felt that charging for assembling the beds was not justified.
