Lack of mattress availability in store and delivery lead time.

I thought Richard was good but maybe a little over-eager. He did get me some juice though which was nice. We got a good deal on the cover and the assembly too.

Process was rather slow due to a new employee using me as a "guinea pig"!

There was no air conditioning in the store it was very hot and uncomfortable all the staff were sweating and not conducive to spending long times there

No matter how hard one tries there is always room for improvement

I was satisfied with the visit. I went only to buy bedding rather than a bed so didn't need so much attention to help me buy. The lady that served me was lovely though.

I haven’t yet received the delivered product so it is too early to confirm full satisfaction.

I was looking for children’s beds and there weren’t any to have a look at, only in the brochure.

We'd spent over £3200 at this store a few weeks before. When I tried to return an unused tempur mattress protector(costing £70) the manageress told me, she wouldn't take the sheet back because we'd opened the bag to look at the sheet. we were not happy with the feel of it. I felt she lacked customer skills and she was too money driven and had no compassion,we didn't feel like a valued customer. Luckily for us we had to return it to the store we'd brought it from, which was Waterlooville. Now the manager there is absolutely brilliant and was very helpful. In hind site, I would take my bed, matress, pillows and headboard back to havant and re-buy them from Waterlooville.
