Andrew was very helpful and explained fully all the various mattress types and the specifications.Which helped us to decide the best bed and mattress combination for us.

Discount is decided by computer not personally. We spent a lot of money quickly and would have liked more loyalty recognition.

Price & delivery time were more than I was expecting, but then I haven't bought a bed for many years.

I was very satisfied

The store looks univiting from the outside, perhaps a little dark so it doesn't look open. The vocal insructions from the test bed could be louder while laying down.

Staff were good, but I realised after I’d placed my order that Dreams are very expensive. I could have bought similar bed much cheaper. I should have done my homework better.

Satisfied is what I felt was right….only disappointment is that told have to wait 8 weeks for delivery due to headboard not available.

The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt the sale price was reasonable. The only thing that spoilt the experience of purchasing the new mattress was the fact that the delivery would take 10-12 weeks. We were not expecting such a long delay, and almost didn’t proceed with the purchase. However, we liked the mattress and decided to go ahead despite the wait.

Would have like more choice of head board and divan in the colour and fabric I was looking for. Would have liked shorter delivery time. Would have liked Black Friday discount on items I wS looking for.

There weren’t a lot of mattresses available in Very Firm comfort level. Perhaps the reason for this is not a lot of people like them but there wasn’t a lot for me to choose from.
