A nice warm welcome, very helpful staff, extremely happy I was able to pay over 20 weeks as it has really helped me to have a better quality bed and mattress, without that I would only had been able to afford cheap ones, which would have gave me bad back problems and body aching all the time. Thankyou for making my nights sleep better

Staff very friendly and helpful

The manager Julie made me feel a valued customer. She spent time with me on my several visits to the store. Never any pressure to sell a particular bed or mattress or headboard . I have had no problems with the purchase and price matching was made easy with the customer price promise. I could not have done better and on top of that there is the 40 night comfort exchange . It is great when it all comes together .

We went shopping for a new mattress and found one that we felt would be really comfortable, albeit 3 times more expensive than I had planned.

The lady (Julie I think she said) was very helpful and interpreted our requirements very quickly.

A young man Called Ashley took me through the whole works explaining everything very clearly. I was given coffee while I waited for the transaction went through, very quickly. Asked if Ineeded pillows or anything else the store could offer me. A very pleasant and well turned out young man, I see on the card He gave me to state validation code number 253. If this helps him I am very pleased.

The member of staff was attentive and informative but sensitive to the amount of input necessary. The shop was laid out well with relevant information displayed.

Buying a bed was very important to me as I'm only 8 weeks post back surgery. We had been to other bed shops Ikea, SCS, Department stores etc (including other Dreams stores) where we were not satisfied at all. Sales staff can very quickly be overpowering and make you want to walk out. The store we bought from was well laid out, great service and we were able to mix our chosen mattress base and head board with ease. The staff here explained quickly about the colour scheme and choices then left us to browse, no pressure but made us feel free to ask whatever we liked. My only issue is that I have to wait now for 3 weeks until the product arrives.
