Great shop great assistance with everything

I received a warm welcome the moment I entered the store. There was A=a lovely lady assistant called Mariola who served me. She offered me a cup of tea and gave me all the information I needed plus an insight into products I may consider in the future. This was extremely helpful. I did not expect such helpful service from a member of your staff and am delighted I got it.

Mariola, the saleswoman was excellent. She was personable and friendly without being at all pushy, efficient one couldn't have wished for better service.

Told the assistant what we required She was very helpful and described everything about mattress and beds. The big selling point was the forces discount. More places should do this, thanks for your respect.

The gentleman who served us was knowlegable and extremely helpful but certainly not pushy. The lady also chatted as we wondering around, and again not pushy. Excellent staff at Havant branch.

Very helpful assistant and well laid out store

The staff were friendly and helpful, taking the time to listen and understand our needs. We would particularly like to thank the assistant who helped us, Mariola. She was very attentive and friendly with great product knowledge.

The welcome on entering the store was lovely. Warm and friendly but not at all pushy. Julie, who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated via the sample models what each type of matress did. I do have a back problem and she was able to give me the accurate information to enable me to select the best matress for me. The collection of the old matress is a great idea and the quick delivery was most appreciated. Julie gave a first class service, nothing was too much trouble... she even made me a lovely cup of coffee. A very happy customer indeed. I would just add that I went into the Portsmouth Store by Morrison's earlier that day and did not receive any level of service at all. There were 5 people just chatting aroudn the till - one did come over holding a water bottle that she had been drinking out of. There was no explanation as to the different types of mattress which is what I needed. So very pleased that I did in fact go into Havant and met with Julie (sorry I didnt get her surname).
