Not long after arriving and were approached by Mariola to ask we we need any help, we said we ok at the moment so she offered us tea or coffee, when she returned with the coffee,we had decided which bed to have,she listened to my mum as she told her why she wanted the new bed, my mum is 85 and she has the same type of bed but she just wanted to upgrade to a wider bed because she was frightened of falling out and having a fall. she was given a pillow to help her get the full experience. at the time of sale we were asked if we need a pillow. all in all a very good experience.

We were greeted immediately but not pushed into having to listen to a salesperson. We were left to browse but had someone to ask when required. Selling with no pressure - GOOD THING!

The store was empty and all the beds were clearly labelled with firmness of mattress so it was easy to try the mattresses out. When I had chosen a suitable one, Julie processed the transaction swiftly and efficiently and was friendly and polite.

Very friendly staff, helpful and short delivery dates.

From the moment we stepped into the store Julie was a DREAM. Not only did she make my husband and I feel very welcome with a nice cup of tea whilst we discussed our requirements but she make the whole experience of purchasing a new bed very easy to understand. Our joint love of cats even helped when discussing which bed they would prefer too! We particularly travelled to this store rather than one nearer to home because we felt valued as customers. Customer assistant was extremely helpful without being "pushy". Gave us plenty of time to make our decision to buy the bed.
