Dreams - Havant

I was greeted with a smile and shown what was available for my requirements. I was left to browse to make up my mind and helped when requested. Once I made my selection the transaction was done easily and the delivery date was booked to suit me.

The staff were very friendly and approached us as we entered the store while we were having a look around we were offered a drink, I was asked if there was a certain type of bed in which I was looking for in which I replied a metal frame and the gentleman told me all the range in which they sell, I was very pleased with the costumer service at the havant shop so a big thankyou

Julie was very friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted.

I was greeted by Julie who was extremely helpful but did not "crowd" me in order to get a sale. The outlet itself was not overcrowded with displays trying to overwhelm customers with promotions, there were just sale notices where relevant and full price adverts for others. Julie did everything she could to change a delivery date that wasn't ideal and was successful which was a huge help to me. The cup of tea was pretty good too!

Mariole who served me was very very helpful and she even went to extra mile and got some blooms for my kids to stop them getting bored. Very friendly, very professional. Outstanding service.

It was quick and simple.

The assistant waited the appropriate time before asking if I needed any help, then said that she is available when I did need it. Her product knowledge was excellent, as was her friendly manner.
