I came to buy a mattress. You had mattresses of the type/price I was looking for. You offered a delivery collect service. Very easy, very quick.

We found exactly what we wanted.

I came in to look at pillows but ended up looking at a futon and a new mattress. The lady was amazing and really helped us with information and pricingz she even offered us a coffee and gave my daughter a balloon! If only all shops gave this level of service. I will be back to buy the extra items soon now I've measured up

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE HELP I RECIEVED WHEN ORDERING MY MATTRESS,I KNEW WHAT I WANTED BUT THE EXPERTISE OF STAFF WAS WONDERFUL I WAS SHOWN ALOT OF MATTRESSES AND FINALY CHOSE THE ONE I WANTED WITH A GREAT DEAL OF HELP .

Excellent service, very efficient staff members. It was our first time visiting Dreams and the whole process was extremely smooth, we ordered our mattress on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday! There was a 4 weeks wait if we ordered through furniture village so in comparisons Dreams was perfect! We were shown bed frames after making a purchase as we needed a super king for a good price, we were very lucky to find one, the assistant was extremely helpful. This bed frame was an excellent price. It was a shame we have had to pay twice for each delivery as hey could not be enlivened on the same day, the assistants did try to help with this but there was nothing they could do.

The assistant, who's name was Andrew was really friendly and new what he was talking about, he made us feel very much at ease

From the moment I entered the store I was greeted with a friendly hello and welcome which instantly made me feel relaxed. Julie was very helpful without being in my space and helped me choose a bed and mattress to suit. She pointed out the firmness of the mattress with the colour coding. Although it was displayed, that was not obvious to me until she mentioned it. Only negative was She did forget to give me a mattress bag and promised to post one, but didn't
