Dreams - Havant

After welcoming we were left alone to look around when ready we purchased paid all very easy.

I was helped by a lovely gentleman who helped me place my order. Even though the wrong mattress was added to my order he was quick to contact me and fix it I felt it was all very stress less and easy to do.

We were greeted at the entrance by a charming young lady, who listened to ourrequirements, then took us to various beds so that we could try them, she also supplied pillows, which made laying down comfortable. Her name is Neimh, I hope I have spelt it properly.

my husband has trouble walking but the assistant Julie was very helpful and was very knowledgeable.

Gemma was friendly and professional. Very attentive to our needs. Very happy wirh the service.

Excellent service, attentive but not in our faces. Would have liked more choice.

I had placed an order with another bed company and had waited 7 weeks for my bed to arrive , on the delivery day I heard nothing from them and my bed did not turn up, upon calling the other company I was told their computer systems were down and they had no way of processing or delivering items. I was basically told to wait for a call, this all me being without a bed to sleep in. The next day they rang to tell me the bed would be arriving so I was very happy , but unfortunately the base because it’s the wider one would not fit up my stairs so the order was returned and I was left again... with no bed to sleep in. I went straight to Dreams who offered the sleep test for me as I suffer with my back , I explained my awful situation to a lovely lady who did everything she could to help me find what I needed . I found everything I wanted and needed and am now waiting to receive my new bed on Wednesday 9 th June, it wasn’t the date I would of liked but it was the quickest they could arrange a delivery of my new bed . I literally cannot wait to receive my new bed from Dreams.

Havant dreams store were very polite and helpful during our visit to the store nothing was too much trouble for the staff on shift they were very friendly and attentive to us leaving us to discuss what we wanted to do not pushy at all .

The whole experience was positive. Lovely friendly and efficient staff. Excellent product knowledge. Felt very Covid safe. Fast processing of order.

Good morning I went to a store in Hampshire a place called dreams haven’t and I doubt with a lady name of Gemma excellent all-round helpful friendly just everything really very surprised at a big plc to have diamonds on board Kind regards Danny Cunningham
