Julie was very friendly. We had plenty of time to try out the different beds and were also offered a hot drink.

The salesman was full of banter and cheek (but in a friendly way) and did not push anything on me I did not want; rather ensured that I was fully informed of the pros and cons of the various products on display in the range I wanted. He had a friendly, approachable and easy manner which made the task of making a sales-selection (from an informed position of understanding the range of products on offer, the comparison of quality and price and so on) easy to comprehend and digest. He seemed a man at ease with his job, genuinely motivated to give value for money in terms of the product sold (and the ancillaries, which I asked for; he did NOT push on me) and he generally had a manner and approach which definitely encourage to return to the store in the future.

I was very pleased with the service we had regarding choosing the right mattress and bed, the assistant was very helpful and polite.

We received proper attention and advice and not rushed into making a decision.

When we entered the store we were acknowledged and asked if we were having a good day then we were left to browse the assistant made it clear he was there to help when we were ready but he was NOT in our faces and left us to look round which we really liked he was not pushy at all but was very helpful.

We were welcomed on arrival at the store, but, left alone to browse at our own pace. When we asked for assistance, Julie was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the various options available. We were also offered tea or coffee. After helping us with a second set of advice, Julie then quickly and efficiently made all the necessary order arrangements and made sure we were happy. Thank you very much!
