was served by mariola who was professional polite and very knowledgeable I would like to point out that I went to havent branch which was exceptional in their customer service .I left Bognor store very disappointed at very poor customer service

Manager was highly knowledgable excellent friendly her name was Julie in havant store the staff even gave me coffe I am going back tomorrow to order the furniture to go with new tempura bed n mattress that I paid for and u say it will be here on 15th january

i had spoken in the summer to mariola and this time round i spoke to ash and was very impressed that he asked me who i spoke to previously and then put the sale in her name and let her know i had come back. very pleasant staff and not too grovelling and gave us time to look at our leisure.

They had what we needed.

Our wish list was fullfilled and all of oir questions was answered in a professional manner but yet friendly too was made to feel comfortable during the whole process

The experience was very pleasant from the start to finish. When I first entered the store it was a delight to be greeted with such a warm welcome as it was a horrible miserable day outside. The store manager came over to welcome me with a happy new year a quick run down on the bed prices board. Also without wanting to pester me too much. If I needed any help or assistance to give her a shout. I quickly came to a firm decision as the quality price and comfortably of the bed ticked all the boxes. Julie the branch manager was good sorted out my finance delivery dates along with mattress removal bags. Coffee and biscuits. Could not fault my visit at all. Very good job done dream bed team and management.

We were delighted with Mariola who took our order and was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and had an excellent manner as my husband hates shopping and she managed to get a chuckle out of him whilst in the shop! A very skillfull lady indeed and you should value her highly!!

Ash in your havant store was very helpful in choosing our bed and placing our order. He made sure we got the best deal for what we wanted and was really friendly and easy to deal with. A real credit to dreams.
