Dreams - Havant

The Havant store provided a welcoming and friendly atmosphere to view the stock at a relaxed pace without being pressured by staff. When help and advice was required, they were however extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made what could have been a stressful experience an absolute pleasure.

The assistant came over welcomed asked if we would like a drink whilst choosing and explained how colour coding and price system worked .. We tried out the beds and there were samples of what mattresses looked like inside .. Good amount off the price in the sales and clear about cost of insurance liked the fact there was a service to take away old bed and mattress .. Mostly the lady made it easy to shop and was not rushed .

Happy with my purchase of a new bed although wish there were more choice of colours...staff very friendly and nice to be offered beverages x

I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Dreams because... The assistant, Julie, was very friendly and helpful. There was no hard sell. I was left to my own devices to try out all of the different mattresses in the store. There were enough different types of mattresses available in the store for me to be able to hone in on my preferred mattress. The time to delivery was not too long a wait.

Really good customer service was offered tea or coffee which was a lovely gesture, answered all of my question's, Was offering to show us around to make sure I was totally comfortable with the type of mattress I was purchasing as there were so many to chose from & told me all about the different types of mattresses. Very friendly and quick transaction was a pleasure to be buying my dream bed from Dreams, and I walk out the store not even contemplating the amount of money that I had spent it was worth every penny. The staff member Mariola was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products on offer and the payments options. She offered and made a cup of coffee while we browsed and left us to make our decision. Overall she was great.

We were dealt with by Julie the manager who although did not have the actual bed on display was able to show it to us online. She had also seen the bed at one of the Company events and could recommend it. Although we could have ordered online we preferred to deal with a real person. Julie was very professional and arranged a delivery date that was convenient to us. The whole process was very relaxed and enjoyable. We would definitely use this store again and would recommend it to others.

We were able to sample all the different Tempur products in one showroom This proved valuable when spending a lot of money on this purchase.
