Julie was very helpful and polite. She had a professional approach and did not push or interrupt and took time to understand what I was looking for. She spent tome listening to my needs and did not come across as over-enthusiastic which for me would have been a complete turn-off.

I knew the products that I was going purchase when arriving at the store. The assistant at the store (Havant) named Andrew was friendly and welcoming, when I asked about the products he made me aware of the wait time for this which I was disappointed with but I am willing to wait as the offer was good. His colleague offered me and my children drinks while we went through paperwork. Overall a pleasant experience.

I came in to purchase 2 mattresses, 1 for myself & 1 for my son. With the numerous products wvailable I was extremely impressed with Matt who served us. His polite, patient approach along with his fantastic knowledge of what was available is a credit to your company. There are so many different options available to purchase & Matt explained the differences & the benefits which resulted me making the correct purchase for my needs.

Staff very helpful and understanding of our disabilities. Cup of coffee much appreciated as was the help out to our car with the pillows. I particularly liked the way that we were not pressurised. We went to this shop some time back and felt pushed, so this time we went to Benson's first.

Came for a bed got a bed. The assistant was very helpful . not to expensive. Thought the delivery charge was a bit high
