Ash was lovely and very polite. He made everything very easy to understand and was very helpful with our questions

The shop assistant Andrew could not have done anymore to help.. He was great. He greeted me as soon as I entered the store. He knew about all the products, he understood my needs and my budget and did not try and heavy sell me things that I said I didn't want. The other ladies in the shop were also friendly

Ashley was very knowledgeable about the products and prices and the offers at time of purchase Even though there was a internet problem UK wide Ashley kept us fully informed with the progress of our order through out the problems the store was experiencing he even raised manual orders and telephoned us to keep us informed and supplied us with updates on the progress and delivery was still arranged to our satisfaction, he is a credit to Dreams and the store

We went in twice and saw Ashley and Andy; both were very patient and helpful. We wanted to buy a whole new bedroom furniture suite and this was a big purchase for us, so we wanted to make sure we were buying the right times; especially the mattress. Both spent a good amount of time with us and were kind enough to make us tea and help keep our little daughter amused with a balloon while we tried the products and made a decision. Their product knowledge was excellent and they gave us really good help and assistance.

VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE AND QUICK. HELPFUL STAFF AND VERY PLEASANT. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE COMPUTERS AND ORDERS WERE BEING PROCESSED MANUALLY. THIS WASN'T A PROBLEM REALLY AS OUR ORDER WAS DEALT WITH QUITE QUICKLY.

Dreams Havant - Julie - WONDERFUL - so patient and understanding of our needs and so determined to get the products we wanted on the day we wanted them delivered. She is "Dreams Shining Star"

We were pleasantly greated at the Havant branch by assistant named Gemma. She gave us lots of info on our requirements and offered us a hot drink. We were not preasured and able to try lots of suitable mattresses. We are now looking forward to our delivery, and a comfortable nights sleep.

First time ive ever been in this store and the staff were very friendly and helpful and very explainetry about the product and also the bed looks very well made and it is well worth the money.

Staff were fantastic very knowledgeable not at all pushy allowed us to browse at our leisure loaned us pillows told us to take our time when trying various different beds and then when we were ready to make our purchase went through all the different payment options which was very helpful excellent experience
