Julie, who assisted me was very friendly, knowledgeable and was so helpful in helping me find a mattress that was suited for me. I got to try a range of beds and the store had great covid safety measures in place.

Keaton was a friendly and very knowledgeable helpful person. Nothing was to much bother and was so helpful in everything I asked. What a polite young man, no pressure just very helpful. Very happy with the service.

The young man who helped me was very supportive of my needs and spent time explaining the differences. The sale was completed quite painlessly and he even gave me a bottle of water as it was a hot day!

I attended with my step-mum where we both placed two separate orders. Gemma & Julie (Havant branch) were absolutely brilliant & knowledgeable about the products. Advised us on various beds/mattresses and all in different price ranges with no pressure in buying. We were both looked after, offered drinks where we accepted bottle water due to the hot weather. I would like to say a big thank you to both ladies for there kindness.

Julie the assistant approached me as soon as I got into the store, from that point onwards found her very helpful and was a great help in choosing the right bed for me.

I thought I’d be able to order a mattress online, but the importance of trying a mattress out in person cannot be underestimated! Luckily, the branch we went to is literally at the bottom of our road so we could visit 3 times in one afternoon as we went through the decision making process. The salesman was attentive yet gave us space. He knew about the products, and helped us understand the differences. We didn’t know if he worked on commission, but returned to the store to order through him rather than online just in case!

From the moment myself and my mother entered the store we were looked after until we left. Julie was very knowledgable and listened to my mothers needs with patients and kindness. We were very happy with the purchase and the help with removing her old bed. Delivery and fit was arranged on a mutual day to suit. All in all a very good experience.
