Julie the sales person was very friendly and helpful. I explained what I needed from a mattress and she went out of her way to ensure I was shown the most relevant mattresses to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she spent quality time with us and even offered drinks.

Knowledgeable Assistant (Ashley), very courteous. He did not hurry us and was patient while we tried different mattresses. Once we had chosen our bed which was an ottoman he showed us different types of ottoman to make sure that we were happy with the one we had chosen.

I had a very helpful assistance and although I had problems paying for The mattress in the store she made it straightforward for me to call up later to make the purchase. The telephone call when I then made the order was simple and quick.

Staff were very friendly, took the time to go through how to choose an appropriate mattress and all of the options available. Gave me space to go and try out mattresses and decide upon one I liked. Very efficient and friendly advice given.
