Having visited one of your rivals stores a few days ago, I found the experience at your store a far better experience. Staff were friendly, helpful and very obliging with information and assistance . This experience is what shopping should be. If you have team awards for your stores, please give this team serious consideration as their attitudes were superb and their conduct exemplary! There was no hassle for you to buy and when the decision was made they staff dealt with the transaction swiftly smoothly and efficiently. 10 out of 10 for Dreams!!!

The staff were really helpful, went through all the different mattress options and the benefit of good pillows ( which I also brought ).

Sales staff helpful but not pushy

The sales advisor was knowledgeable and pleasant. She explained all the matress types and we were able to quickly make our decision and place an order.

As I had already decided which mattress I wanted from searching on the website, I just needed to have a look at it and then place my order. The member of staff who dealt with was efficient and explained the options for delivery and re-cycling of my old mattress, which I intially discounted. i was in and out of the store within minutes.6
