From the first step we made into the shop we've been welcome by Ashley and guided through our journey at Dreams. He kindly offered us a drink and listen our needs and answer to all our questions. We already searched online for desired products but obviously we did want to try the mattress & and feel the material on our choosen bed frame. We were decided on Lucia bed frame but Ashley recommended Manhattan, he gave us all the reason why for just £100 extra one bed is better then other and Thank you as he make us take the best decision. We spend 1/3 of our life sleeping, we need to take care of our body while asleep and by choosing Dream Bed we dream high. Thank you for your personal Customer Services Ashley

Both times that I came into the store I was greeted warmly by Ashley who answered my questions. Both times I had an asthma attack, he showed my concern, patience and understanding, he also brought me a glass of water and waited until I was ready to continue with the conversations. I felt unhurried and I was very pleased by the whole experience.

The salesman new exactly what I needed and was very helpful.

My husband and i went looking for an electric bed. On the advice of a friend we tried the Dreams Havant store where we found a good display with excellent staff backup, (Ashley),and found what we were looking for.

We knew what we were looking for. Gemma showed us all the available options and explained what was and was not included. To actually order and pay for the item was just as easy.

As soon as I entered the shop, I was welcomed by a lovely big smile and happy assistant,(Julie) .she asked me if I needed any help,or would I like some time to browse first & she would pop over once I had a good look around ! Not to hesitate if I had any questions about the beds or anything else I was browsing at. Once I had had a good look around she came over( still smiling & very happy to help)she went through all the different beds, mattresses & headboards very thoroughly to get exactly what I was looking for.i tried a great number of different mattereses, and she talked me through all of them!! Until I found the one for me..very very pleased with product & the way Julie presented herself & the product...
