The staff were very helpful and there was a wide range of mattresses to choose from and they informed me of the special offer meaning I saved over £100 by placing the order the day after viewing the products.

Was well impressed with the lay out of the shop and the way we were treated and not put under any sales pressure,the range of beds was fantastic and the gentleman that served us was so helpful

We went to the dreams store in Havant 15/08/2016 Julie introduced herself and explained how the beds and mattresses in the store were laid out and the different colours for the different types of mattresses. She offered us a pillow to try out the different mattresses. We then left the store that evening as we wanted to browse the competitive market. We went back to the store on 16/08/2016 and Julie was working. We looked again to make sure it was definitely the bed frame and mattress we liked and then Julie took us through our purchase. She offered us refreshments before we started. The purchasing process took about 20 minutes but that was because Julie took the time to explain all the information we needed to know. She also explained to us about the 8 year guarantee and products the store sold but didn't pressure us into buying them. This made us feel comfortable and able to make a decision to buy the 8 year guarantee without the pressure from the staff. Overall we were very impressed with the service we received from when we entered the store to when we left.

Andrew was very helpful and friendly and he knew a lot about the products you sell. He knew exactly what we were looking for when we weren't really sure.

Julie the sales advisor was warm, friendly and welcoming on arrival. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted but found a totally different product which met my needs. Julie took the time to go through available options such as drawers, headboards and pricing. She explained and demonstrated good working knowledge of products on display. She also got me a cup of tea and allowed me to take my time to find the bed I wanted. When it came to pricing we explored a range of options which was made clear. Julie was professional and polite throughout. The pillow pairing with the bed she suggested was perfect I could have fallen asleep. I also explored available duvet pairing and bought dreams hypoallergenic duvet. Overall I was pleasantly pleased with my purchase and look forward to my new bed arriving.
