Dreams - Havant

The gentleman you helped us Andrew let us look around the store and try nearly all the mattresses without pressure. He explained all the colour coding of the pillows , we were offered drinks as well very nice touch. When we found a mattress we liked he explained were it was from and it was a new product to the store and gave us a booklet to read before making our decision. We found shopping in the store stress free and relaxing.

The sales assistant was brilliant giving lots of advice and knowledge about the right pillow... I now am not waking up with neck ache and back ache... all thanks to her recommendations.. I think her name is Gemma?

Both members of staff were very helpful with our order and explained all the options open to us for finance. They also stepped us through all the options we had to chose from for the bed base and headboard.

Sales persons name Andrew really informative,seems to know what he was talking about, also gave some good advice,so was over all very happy with the service he gave us,

The store was inviting and we were quickly helped by staff to explain the various items on display. Choosing beds was something we were not looking forward to but the staff guided us through and made the task much easier. The staff were very knowledgeable particular on the beds and mattresses on display. We were so satisfied with choices and did not need to shop around in other stores. It was the complete experience.

I knew I needed a new bed and matress but I had no idea that there was such a wide selection regarding these items (must be a man thing) but with the help of Julie we managed to whittle the selection down to bed size,colour and firmness of mattress. Here's me thinking a bed is a bed and a mattress is a mattress after all these years nice to see you's looking after people's requirements,if Julie hadn't been there I would have gone to the ''two bob bed shop'' and bought the cheapest bed and mattress regardless to what I really needed.

I had previously seen an advert on your web site, Ashleigh or Ashley knew exactly what I was talking about .When I entered the shop he was dealing with another customer yet he acknowledged me within minutes .I waited just a few minutes ,He was very helpful ,knowledgable,friendly yet professional at all times .He was able to answer all my questions I was very impressed

Went in to look for replacement pillow as had a dreams one previously which my wife liked but unfortunately this 1 was no longer available. Spoke with Gemma in store who then showed us the 1 now sold which had same filling & outer, she gave us advice on all other pillows explaining the differences, we bought the Therapur Cool Pillow as my wife get hot turns pillow to stay cool, she is very happy with this pillow. We got talking about mattresses she was very good showed us the different types & explained why some would be more suited to our needs. We will defiantly return to store when we need to replace ours.

I was going to order on the internet but have also found staff to be very helpful so decided to oder in store. Was glad I did as service was excellent - I paid for the delivery which online you don't but I feel confident that if anything was wrong your staff would sort it out instantly. I have been in three times and each time staff have been excellent.
