I just feel the staff was friendly and hopefully and would recommend them. Mi called on Saturday and they new I was coming and remembered this. Excellent customer service through out and remembered me when I returned to make a purchase today and the product I wanted ...methanol I hope the install is just as great as the purchase and pleased it's been extended in the warranty package

Both Gemma and Julie at the store made us welcome and offered us refreshment while we tried out various mattresses. They were both very knowledgable and it was great to be left to have a good look around and try the mattresses at our ease and not pressured.

He talked us through everything and made it very clear to understand. this made it a very pleasant experience for us and a very easy straight forward transaction.
