good choice easy to understand assistant was helpful

Immediate welcome upon entering shop. Not rushed when trying out beds. Made a cup of tea and advised on most suitable product for our needs.

We arrived at the store at 5.45 not knowing what time the store closed (it closes at 6pm which in my opinion is far too early) We were greeted as we entered the store, then offered coffee or Tea, and the asked if we need assistance which we did. the sales staff were very knowledgeable and showed us a wide variety of options once she knew what we were looking for. by the time we decided it was 20 mins past closing, and we wanted to look at another bed which the sales lady was very happy to spend more time with us at not point did we realize the store was closed and we carried on with our browsing, only when my wife asked what time do you close they told us 20 min ago, even still they continued to help us and at no point did we feel rushed. We were very impressed with the experience and care provided, and we will be back to make another purchase soon

THE HELP AND ASSISTANCE GIVEN TO ME BY GEMMA WAS EXCELLENT

The staff gave us the right amount of time to browse then offered us the exact support and information we required. We tried, discussed and purchased within half an hour. We were even offered pillows to help us try the beds.

I visited both Waterlooville and Havant stores. Employees in both were helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Most importantly they were not pushy and salesy.

We were served straight away as we knew what we wanted.

We were given the details we required from the outset and left to make up our own minds which product suited us best. The assistant was always on hand for any requirements from us.
