Dreams - Havant

As per the last time we found it very easy to find what we were looking for

I was delighted with the service provided. The bed is exactly what I was looking for and the assistant's advice wasn't in the least pushy which I found impressive.

I had an idea what I was looking for. The assistant was very helpful and understood my needs, didn't try to sell me something more expensive and I left feeling very happy!

My wife and I were very pleased when we stepped into the store we were approached by Gemma who offered us coffee and told us to walk round and to ask any questions we like she was smashing, very friendly and pleasant we made our purchase and left very happy

The store was well laid out & it was easy to find what we were looking for. The sales assistant we dealt with, Gemma, was really friendly and had a great knowledge of the products we were purchasing, which helped us to make our decision. I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams Havant to my friends and will certainly be purchasing any future beds from here.

I was given time to test beds. I was explained the differences with them all. The staff were friendly and great.

Was a pleasure in store and was asked if we needed help we said no first of all but in the end we asked for advice to which Gemma in the Havant branch could not be more helpful. Was a joy to deal with as was the last time we bought our bed from you.

the sales manager was very helpful, made you feel under no pressure and gave welcome advice. The offer of tea /coffee was most appreciated. WE felt confident in our purchase. We were most by Andrew's pleasant and positive manner.
