Gemma was very friendly and helpful, knew alot about the different mattresses. Offered us a drink too which was lovely as it was freezing. Had to come in a day later and was served by Julie also very nice and helpful

Each bed was clearly marked with size,price and sale reduction.As we only wanted a matrress this too was marked on the ticket

Andrew our salesman was extremely friendly and helpful. There was no rushing us to make a decision and he was all round very helpful and accommodating.

Store layout was easy to view and mattresses were available to sit or lay on. Staff were available but allowed us to look without any pressure selling. Our purchase was very affordable.

We knew what type of bed we wanted but were unsure of the type of mattress. The Dreams staff (Matthew and Ashley) were very knowledgeable and were able to point out a mattress that would cater our needs.
