Dreams - Havant

Because we have been to other store that sale the same products as dreams themself and for me dreams give you all the time you needed making our visit more enjoyable! During our visit we were assisted by a lovely sales assistant called gemma in the havant store she made us very welcome by making us yea and coffee so Thank you!

Very friendly staff, Julie assisted us. She was very kind and understanding. Would happily see her again.

Assistants were really friendly and helpful. Didn't feel pressured into making a quick decision. They clearly explained where to find the information that we needed. Beds were clearly labelled with type of mattress and firmness. Liked the colour coding as was very easy to see from a distance which ones we didn't want. Showroom was nice and bright and clean. Wasn't cramped so very easy to move between the beds to try out different ones. Hot drink was great as we were in there for some time. Assistants were able to answer questions on differences between the mattresses. They were knowledgable and not pushy. Didn't even feel pressured into taking the extra protection. Beds were clean even though they must have been laid on by a number of people trying them out. Paying at the end was also quite quick. Getting a delivery date. Didn't take long.

the customer assistant was extremely helpful - she was able to recommend for us what would be suitable. It was very easy to decide & she was able to process my order immediately & arrange delivery & assembly very quickly. Was very impressed with the quality & price of the products & the speed of the order being delivered

Great customer service from Julie. Made the experience much more pleasurable. Had previously been to the Fareham store where service was not as good as that given by Julie at Havant. Can't thank her enough.
