The sales representative was very thorough and very attentive. The sales representative was very helpful and the store was extremely clean and tidy. Upon arrival we were left to look around initially and then given pillows to use throughout our visit. Initially unsure of our decision the sales person gave us unbiased advice relating to our feedback.

There was a good choice. The store was very nice. The service was very friendly and helpful. We did not have wait for help. The sales person was not too pushy and it felt as if he wanted the right outcome for us.

I was attended to by Julie and she was most helpful and explained all types of mattress and was given a pillow. I also had a drink. When I paid I was given information regards care of the mattress which was helpful. The whole progress was very informative. I have had several nights on my new mattress and find it very comfortable. My delivery by Pavel and Tom which was great. I would recommend to all.

I do not have a lot of patience and really did not want to buy a new mattress but my back told me otherwise! As soon as I walked in was greeted with a smile, I promptly explained to the friendly assistant what I wanted compared to my current mattress, no problems. Given 2 options immediately, I was really please as within 5mins I had my new mattress! I even got pillows too. Been struggling for months to find a decent pillow and to be able to touch and try pillows was fantastic! All done and dusted, just awaiting arrival of new mattress next week then I will break out the new pillows and am hoping for the best nights sleep ever!!
