Staff couldn't have been more helpful,the store was very bright and warm,and all of our questions were answered fully.we were encouraged to lay on the mattresses to try them out which was very helpful when making our selection.

I knew what bed base I wanted but I needed help with choosing a mattress. The assistant explained the different mattresses to me and what each one represented. I was very satisfied with the service and help in choosing my mattress and I am very satisfied with the whole purchase.

VEry friendly and knowledgeable. Left me to try the beds with no sales pressure, just there if I had any questions. Made me a nice cup of coffee too

The sales assistant was very helpful and answered all of our questions without hesitation, we didn't feel like we were being rushed into buying something we really didn't want, even after the 3rd visit to the store we had the same treatment.

Just to say your man Andrew made this purchase a dream and not a nightmare! Its been many years since I purchased a mattress and bed and the wealth of choice was confusing to at the least. Andrew was patient and well knowledged without being pushy in any way he let us take our time and we came away very happy with the experience. He is an asset to your firm. The staff were very helpful at the Havant store a specially Julie one of the sales assistants. She could not do enough for us. Offering drinks and a pillow to try the beds out with. She also had great knowledge of the products. I recommend the dreams Havant store.

Andy was really helpful and informed let me make a choice for over an hour trying out beds for my bad back
