Dreams - Havant

Colleague gave us time to look on our own saying if we needed help just ask.it was pleasant not to be pounced on while we made our decision.when we made up our mind he then gave us all his attention in placing the order satisfactorily.

After entering the shop and having a quick look round had no problem finding a helpful member of staff and after a chat purchased the product I wanted and also took out the extended warranty which I thought was great value for money

We were not pounced upon as soon as we entered the store, brilliant. My husband would have walked out if we had, does not bother me. Having tried a few mattresses Julie in the Havant store came to see if she could help but was not pushy. Told us the difference between different products and was interested and helpful. Having explained the differences she encouraged us to try plenty and having given some more advice said she would leave us to decide but to call her if more info was required. We were given a cup of coffee and with no pressure I was able to engage my husband in the decision making process. Bought a much more expensive and solid bed/mattress that we were able to agree on rather than a hurried decision or leaving with nothing. Good experience.

Gemma, the sales assistant was very helpful and very polite it was a pleasure to shop in Dreams. No doubt we will shop in there again.

They showed kindness, courtesy and were caring to my individual needs. They went out of their way to find products to suit my needs. They weren't challenged with a disabled customer that doesn't fit the "average" mould. I felt looked after by your lovely Havant team.

No pushy sales people but the lovely Andrew made himself available at our leisure. He was there to give advice when we wanted it but had the thoughtfulness to leave us alone to browse when we needed to discuss our thoughts on products. He even made us a cuppa...nice touch! Also liked the way the mattresses were colour coded and clearly labelled with firmness, very helpful.

I went into store knowing exactly what I wanted. An assistant, Gemma was available straight away. First and foremost I was offered a drink, a raretey in retail! I advised exactly what I wanted to purchase and Gemma provide a brief detail of the bed frame and knowledgable information regarding the slats to help me make my decision on which type to have. She asked whether I required a mattress and and accessories without being the typical pushy sales assistant. This is the first time I have used Dreams, I made the decision to purchase the bed frame on this particular day due to the sale which was ending the following day so I feel as though I have got a bargain. Gemma also offered the 'bed cover' which she gave a full explanation of and I again thought was a great deal for the price. The delivery date seemed a long wait, however this turns out to be perfect for me in my particular situation as I am redecorating so all in all I had a great experience with my first visit to Dreams so will definitely be returning and recommending you!
